What to Know
I’m new to Pilates, can I join a class?
Of course! We are happy to help you learn the exercises and how to use the equipment. We recommend that newcomers to Pilates take a private session and start with the Reformer Pilates Level 1 class.
Do you have certified instructors?
Yes, all our instructors are certified (see The Team page.)
What is the recommended clothing?
Wear slightly fitted clothing that you’re comfortable in. For safety and hygiene purposes clients must wear grip socks in Pilates Reformer classes. Athletic shoes should be worn for all TRX classes.
May I return my purchase or share a package with a friend?
All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges or transfers.
May I participate if I have an injury or soreness?
In order to properly set you up with appropriate exercises or modifications, it is important to inform your instructor of any lingering pain, soreness or injury. If you have questions about your ability to participate in any exercise program, please speak with your healthcare professional.
Do I need to get my own mat?
Yes, it is recommended you own a personal mat. We do have mats you can use in case you forget yours.
Do I need to make reservations for classes?
Due to the limited space and equipment, you must make a reservation for each class.
How do I reserve a class?
New clients create a private and secure account through MindBody Online and then pay for and register for a class through the online application. You can use your laptop or download the app onto your phone. Once you have an account, scheduling, changing or canceling classes is done through this individual online account. If you have any questions about how to use MindBody Online, please email us.
Are children allowed in the studio?
You’ll need management permission to bring children under 10. We do not have childcare.
