Reservation Cancellation Policy
With a limited number of machines, and a high-demand for classes, it is important that you cancel your reservation at least 16 hours in advance. Doing so allows the space to be available to another client. 

Cancelling a Class
You can easily cancel a class online, it takes only a minute. Please be advised that classes need to be cancelled no less than 16 hours before class in order to avoid a late cancel fee. 

In fairness to all our clients, an empty spot in a class will be opened up to the waitlist five minutes after class starts. Anyone waiting to get in will be able to take an unclaimed spot at this time. People who are more than five minutes late will not be admitted into class, as it is disruptive and unsafe.

For private sessions, please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid forfeiting the session.

No Show Policies
Failure to attend a booked class costs $25. We may make exceptions for emergencies. Please call or email us as soon as possible.
