The Pilates Sonoma Level 3 fitness forward classes take the foundational exercises and techniques of Joseph Pilates and add unique and effective ways to use the reformer while staying authentic to the Pilates method.
Combining the traditional Pilates exercises with progressive and fitness forward exercises allows advanced Pilates clients, who are pursuing a specific athletic endeavor, to kick their fitness up a notch. The Level 3 classes offer fast paced exercise routines that challenge the core, coordination, stamina and balance in a dynamic and high energy environment.
